Scirocco. Torokko. Syrup. Final boss of the DC Route, Scirocco Paptimus - from the Z Gundam anime. Too bad he doesn't have a theme when you fight him (Shapiro and Kaworu have themes). Also, just like Shapiro, he's not too strong.
