Yeah, while Tsu's strictly not a Sega game, Sega bought the Puyo Puyo rights from Compile before they shut down for bankruptcy, so now that they own the rights to the Puyo series (but not Madou), I guess it was okay for them to do another Tsu port. The game is mostly based off the PS1 version (Ketteiban), using most of its music and features, but the graphics come from the PC ports of Tsu, and even some music tracks were taken from the Windows version.
