Spinmaster: The Miracle Adventure Longplay (Neo Geo) [QHD]

Developed and published by Data East in 1993 As one of the big arcade developers of the time, it's interesting to see Data East develop a game for the Neo Geo hardware. They did a good jab too - Spinmaster is good fun, boasting excellent artwork and overall presentation. A big part of what makes the game.fun is the variety of weapons on offer. Each of these have their own advantages, as well as altering your charge-up and smart bomb skills. Make it all the way to the end, and you'll find the game takes an unexpected twists. Defeating the final boss results in the two heroes having to make a choice between one of three treasure chests. Two of these lead the game's bad endings (included at the end of the video), whilst one contains untold wealth and riches. All things considered, Spinmaster is a pretty good platformer, certainly one that's worth seeking out.
