Dragon Warrior Monsters 2 (GBC) - Darkdrium before Ice Key

Hello and welcome to my latest video. My friend recently challenged me to make a Darkdrium (arguably the hardest breed-able monster to get) in DWM2 using only the first two keys in the game. I made it on an actual cartridge initially but my friend helped me replicate the feat on an emulator. The conditions for the challenge were: a) No Magic Keys and no keys past Pirate Key. b) No link breeding/trading. c) No use of in-game masters that want to breed their monsters. d) No hacks EXCEPT for an "automatic" Lv10 exp hack (it would've been ridiculous to train the numerous 100exp monsters near the end). Throughout the challenge, my main issue was MONEY. It was difficult to acquire enough cash to supply my character with enough meat to constantly capture monsters I needed. I reached a point where I could not even hatch/evaluate/bless eggs. The second issue I had were the ridiculous capture rates! It takes an average of 4-5 Ribs to acquire a monster. That's 800-1000G. The third issue in the challenge was that some monsters do not satisfy the generic combinations I was interested in. This happened a lot at first wasting my money! Anyway, I'll provide a link to the breeding path I took.
