Upon arrival of rescuers to the scene, it was established that the fire broke out in the stairwell between the fourth and fifth floors, the Internet cable was burning. As a result of the fire, there was heavy smoke from the stairwell, which in turn made it impossible for citizens to evacuate freely from their homes from the upper floors. Rescuers with the help of a ladder evacuated 3 people from the smoky rooms of the upper floors, of which 1 child - a girl born in 2012.
