Build bars/tour offices to increase income. They're cheaper than other buildings, but their income is 900/950. Never upgrade old dilapidated buildings. Their income is really poor and they cost a lot of power to run. Apply Going Green, then demolish them if you need more power. In this level, the description for level objectives 'change'. 'Houses' are replaced to 'buildings' without any reason. Check 00:30, then 01:00. You'll notice some differences... This game was too easy for experienced players...
