[FLASH WARNING] Just Shapes And Beats: Beyond - Chapter 1

"Welcome to the beyond." (Also read the description) ------------------------------------------------------------- This fangame was created as a concept for a post-game DLC Story Mode! The Story (Spoilers): The post game party continues, until...a massive mech drops from the sky, crashing the party and kidnapping all of Square's friends. (RIP Boat, I kind of forgot to get him in the intro cutscene -Askryllix). The mech then flies into space, sending the party (Square and the gang) on a quest to rescue their friends. This is when they come across a broken rocket. They put him back together, and realize that corruption has once again spread. Only this time, it's gotten out of the Tree's depth. Once they get Rocket fixed, they jump aboard and take off, when they are rudely attacked by a Boombox. Triangle presumes that he is one of the Mysterious Mech's Henchmen. Once in space, the crew spots a space station. The problem is: it's behind an asteroid field which Rocket is unable to safely get through after the rough flight up. This leaves the Crew to have to navigate it themselves, and they soon find themselves stuck. Circle steps up to navigate the way through the corrupt asteroid field. Once through, they make it aboard the station. They encounter Breakdown (the Boombox) and attempt to survive his musical onslaught. ------------------------------------------------------------- Personal notes: After 2 months of delays, 1 minor depression, and overloading myself, it's Finally, Done. 19:24 of animation, with just over 18 minutes I did myself. All of the levels were tweaked and improved everything from Reworked pistons in Press Start to functioning checkpoints.
