This is Densha de Go! Shinkansen EX (otherwise known as 電車でGO！新幹線EX 山陽新幹線編), a train simulator game by TAITO, released for the Nintendo Wii back in March of 2007. In this entry, you can take control of a variety of Shinkansen trains and operate them on the Yamanote Shinkansen line. Originally, this used to be a Wii exclusive title based off of the original Densha de Go Shinkansen release for the PlayStation 2/PC, but as of 2023, ZUIKI announced they will be bringing this title to its second Plug-and-Play installment, check it out here: I am emulating this on the Dolphin 5.0 emulator. Later versions of Dolphin, such as beta or development versions, render the graphics in this game more accurately but may have issues producing a clean sound.
