Much more arcade-y in both gameplay and progression than its predecessor, PiP puts you back into the role of Naughty Bear himself who has been left off the invite list for an island holiday trip. Your goal as Naughty is to murder everyone on the island that did you wrong alongside anyone else that stands in your way. Each of the game's 36 levels focus on a specific target that you must take down in a particular way before escaping, with optional objectives randomly assigned to you every time you load in.
