Arc The Lad III (3) (1999, PS1/PSX Gameplay 2020)

Arc The Lad III (3) was released for the PS1/PSX in 1999, developed by ARC Entertainment and published by Sony Computer Entertainment exclusively for the PS1/PSX. Big changes happened in this 3rd game that made it practically unrecognizable to fans of the series. Call me mad but this is my favorite one in the trilogy of this series, it changed the graphics which to me looked more like a Suikoden game and it played more like a Final Fantasy game, I loved those games. This game's story builds upon the sequence of world disasters that happen in Arc The Lad II and makes it all much more dramatic. This game also moved away (Kinda) from Tactical movement in areas and made it more like Final Fantasy or the Dragon Quest games. The battles were scaled down to only using four characters and a new card summoning system was implemented, though the tactical aspects are still there. Though this game is MY personal favorite I do want to say that the game's story was not as good as the other Arc the Lad games and the OST wasn't that great either but for some reason I still liked it more, probably because of similarities I seen in it from other Jrpgs.
