Kasumi Ninja Beta - Atari Jaguar

Here's an early beta version of Kasumi Ninja. The differences are pretty obvious here -- they don't have all the characters, some of them aren't even named the same and there's some crazy graphical glitches. Still, though, kinda fun. Some of the special moves work in this version, as you can tell by the video.
