PLOT: You are a thief and you have been lured into Lady Crutcher’s house. An eccentric old millionaire stored all his gems and money in odd places around his mansion. When he dies, his widow is unable to find any of this, so she makes it look like nobody is at home, and lures master thief Devon Aire into the mansion. Once he is inside all doors and windows is all of a sudden shut tight. She hires him to look in the places his criminal mindset suggests it will be stored, and for doing this he will get a reward and the key to the door out. Each room of the house is viewed isometrically, and contains all the features you would expect to find in a large house, from cookers and telephones to pool tables and paintings. Each one can be picked up, pushed, pulled and used, with the diamonds located in intricate and surprising places. Due to Mr. Croucher's keen interest in experimental science, there are also monsters moving through the rooms. Contact with these reduces some of the energy on one of your 3 lives. GAMEPLAY: There are 27 rooms in the mansion. There are 12 gems to find. You can only carry one item at a time. Items can be placed upon each other to reach high places. Give gems to Lady Crutcher and the number on her dresser will count down for each gem. There are hidden doors, passages, safes. There are puzzles to solve like finding stuff for extinguish the fire in the fireplace. The pieces of cheese can be used for stopping the mice. Filled glasses will restore your energy.
