Youda Sushi Chef 2 - The Sushi King Level 23

I unlocked this restaurant earlier than usual by paying gold. However, the last level was bugged and I couldn't play it. (Start button didn't work. :P) Memorize all the recipes, or you won't be able to beat the game. Keep ingredients stocked. You'll need a lot of them. Forget chain bonuses in later levels. Star bonus is great, but it doesn't worth in later levels due to customer rush. Accept takeaway orders only if you can fulfill all of them. If you do not fill those orders for a while, they will just disappear. In boss levels, never make customers wait. Or, the boss will 'steal' your waiting customers. Same dish combo, in THIS level, oh, really? There are already 12 recipes and I can't chain them after all!
