The Latest December DLC for Asia(English) has Flash of Hathaway and it comes with 2 very Strong Units Penelope and Xi Gundam, both which outperforms the Unicorn. Penelope is exactly identical to Xi Gundam in terms of almost everything, except it lacks the Psycommu Device.
