Full gameplay longplay, playthrough, walkthrough, guide & trueplay of the first series in arcade mode using the Subaru Impreza Rally Car on PS2. First place finish and includes the replay camera replay, which looks really nice. Our editor Riven covered Sega Rally 2006 recently in a stream and we have covered it before in this past. It's an underrated gem of a game on PlayStation 2 with a huge career mode and a great arcade series as well. Sadly only released in Japan and a late life PlayStation 2 game meant most gamers and even Sega Rally fans never played it. The first print run also came with a bonus disc that featured the original SEGA Rally arcade on it emulated for PS2 by M2. One grip with the game is the fact the handling of the car seems to change somewhat between the two different car views. The widescreen mode is also very nice even if it is full 16:9. Music is progressive rock and is a solid soundtrack, maybe not quite up their with the original game. Graphically it's one of the best racing games on the PlayStation 2. It's a far better game than the dire Sega Rally Revo released just a year later on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
