The second part is the Original Skill. There are two different kinds of Original Skill: the shorter animation and the longer animation. Shorter Animation has a lesser damage output than the longer animation, but the shorter animation is cheaper. All characters and enemies have the same cost to be able to use each Original Skill. First, you need to empty the Break Gauge so that you can get one of those yellow orbs or UPs. Once it's there, you can either fire off the weaker version, or wait it out and get another one to unleash the stronger version. You can change the two Original Skills by pressing X at the "Skills" menu. EDIT: After so damn long, I've finally started giving subtitles to this thing.
