Rock Band 3 Enhanced - Overlapping Sustains on Guitar WIP

Still some bugs to work out with this (the sustained fret completely disappears when you strum a new one) but it is getting there. Look at the score and the fact that I can whammy in the first OD phrase and still get OD for some evidence that the sustain is still counting
