🏃‍♀️💼 Investing & Running Recap, Hosted by Mongolian Society of Financial Analysts 💼🏃‍♂️ On May 18, MSFA brought together runners and finance professionals for a unique experience that blended personal growth, professional insight, and physical movement. ✨ Introducing the event speaker: J. Baatarbold, also known as Runner Mogi, is an accomplished banker, ultra-runner, and author of "Гүйдэг Моги". His passion for running has not only transformed his own life but also inspired others to push their limits and pursue excellence. 🔹 In his professional career, J. Baatarbold is the Co-founder and CEO of the Mongolian Elite Runners Club and previously served as the CEO of Tenger Insurance LLC, where he led key business decisions and strategic direction. Prior to that, he was the Chief Retail Insurance Officer at Tenger Insurance and held various senior roles at XacBank LLC, including Head of Branch Management and Branch & Regional Director. 🎤 J. Baatarbold shared a powerful message: “You track your pace — so why not your spending?” He reminded us that financial freedom begins with knowing your income, expenses, and habits—just like good running begins with knowing your limits and goals. 🎙 CFA, Khulan Btr spoke on how endurance sports reflect long-term investing: Discipline, pacing, delayed gratification, and staying the course through ups and downs — these are skills we build both on the track and in the markets. 📊 Key Takeaways • The global sports industry will exceed $800B by 2030 • Inactivity costs $300B — yet every $1 invested in movement returns $3.20+ • Sports franchises have outperformed traditional investments • Running is a metaphor: low cost, high ROI, and fully driven by mindset 🙏 Special thanks to our amazing organizing team and volunteers who made this event smooth, warm, and meaningful. Your energy powered everything behind the scenes!
