Metroid Dread - Burenia speedbooster blocks (easy method, no midair shinespark)

I found an easy way to do the so-called hardest Burenia speedbooster puzzle without using midair shinespark. Here are the steps: Stand on the 4th breakable block, press B to initiate shinespark and then aim diagonally to bottom left AND KEEP HOLDING LEFT. Slide once you enter the next room and tilt down to get another shinespark. Drop down and flash shift + jump towards the speedbooster blocks. You should still have your shinespark charge once you land. And that's that :)
