In this video you can ride along on national road I-2 E70 and a short bit of I-7 from Razgrad to Shumen in northern Bulgaria. The I-2 connects the northern city of Ruse to the A2 at Shumen and ultimately Varna on the Black Sea coast. The I-2 is in a decent shape compared to some other roads in Bulgaria. It also has quite a few overtaking opportunities, with regular 2 x 1 alignments repeating for the entire distance between Ruse and Shumen. It's therefore much more pleasant to drive than the I-5 towards Byala for example. Razgrad is a middle sized city between Ruse and Shumen. It's mostly known for being home to football club Ludogorets. Shumen is a slightly larger city not too far from the A2 Hemus motorway. #I2 #bulgaria #razgrad #shumen _______________________ Music:
