100% Speedrun of Neutopia II on the TG-16. This beats the game start to finish as quickly as possible while collecting all additional items on the overworld and in dungeons. It includes the monks that increase life and bomb capacity but only the monks that actually give rewards. It does not require consumable items found in dungeons that can also be purchased in town.
