Природный парк Кыргыз-Ата расположен в бассейне одноименной реки, стекающей с северного склона хребта Кичик-Алай, на расстоянии около 40 км от г. Ош по дороге, ведущей до с. Иски-Наукат. Со всех сторон долину окружают удивительные по красоте остроконечные, увешанные снежными шапками вершины отрога Кичик-алай. Скалы сложены известняками с выходами разноцветного мрамора. В верхней части зоны выделяются урочища Мазар, Калдай и Карагой, в которых собраны воедино все красоты природы. В Верховьях Кыргыз-Аты находится перевал Первомайский и некоторые другие, ведущие в ущелье Кичик-Алай Восточный. Из верховий открывается вид на множество шпилеподобных и башнеобразных вершин, большей частью не имеющих общепринятых названий. Русло реки полностью меняет характер: узкие глубокие каньоны сменяются широкими участками живописнейших горных урочищ, утопающих в зелени арчовых лесов. The natural Park of Kyrgyz-ATA is located in the basin of the river of the same name, flowing from the Northern slope of the ridge Kichik-Alai, at a distance of about 40 km from Osh on the road leading to the village of Iski-Naukat. From all sides the valley is surrounded by the amazing beauty of the pointed, covered with snow-capped peaks of a spur of Kichik-Alay. The rocks are composed of limestone with outputs of colored marble. In the upper part of the zone allocated to the tract Mazar, Kaldi and the city in which are collected together all the beauty of nature. In the upper Reaches of the Kyrgyz-ATA is Pervomaisky pass and some others leading to the gorge Kichik-Alai East. From the upper part you can see a lot of spire-like and tower-like peaks, most of which do not have common names. The bed of the river completely changes character: a narrow, deep canyons give way to wide sections of the most picturesque mountain tracts, lush juniper forests.
