Let's Play Buck Rogers Matrix Cubed 3 - The Machinations of a Sadistic Chancellor

The new Sun King has directed us to pick up our reward - from Chancellor de Sade, whom we had spotted talking to someone suspicious just before the coronation. (Besides, if he's anything like the historical de Sade from the French Revolution, we don't dare trust him.) De Sade probably suspects that we have Dr. Romney's papers (even though we'd denied having them on us), because he sends a Mercurian goon squad out to get them back. Of course, the PURGE goons think our culturally-diverse team is a bunch of low-down no-good gennie-lovers, and want to eliminate us whether we've got Dr. Romney's papers or not. Sid Refuge leads an especially tough PURGE squad just outside the PURGE ship's docking bay - but at least we get some really nice equipment out of the battle. I wonder what happened to Sid Refuge's body, though?
