Deadlock II was developed by Cyberlore Studios Inc in 1998 for Windows 9X. Deadlock II is played in a turn-based set-up with financial, diplomatic, and military aspects that must be watched. I am not really familiar with the upgrades and I am sure that you can transfer colonists as a group and not individually among other stuff. I am playing this in Windows 7 without any modifications done to the files. The recordingsoftware that I used somehow captures both the Windows-cursor and the in-game one at the same time. I couldnt see it during recording though. The game is not abandonware right now (2012-03-21) but the prequel is, so feel free and download Deadlock Planetary Conquest.
