Ganso Jajamaru-kun [元祖じゃじゃ丸くん] Game Sample - WonderSwan

Ganso Jajamaru-kun is a remake of the original NES/FC Ninja Jajamaru-kun, which starred Ninja-kun's younger brother, Jajamaru. He is fond of Princess Sakura and they are having a good time until Jajamaru falls into a trap set by Damazu-Dayuu, who kidnaps the princess. Filled with anger and determination, Jajamaru rises from the pit and screams out for the princess, to which he begins his journey to rescue her. The game has a number of differences both subtle and somewhat significant. The game is in B&W, has a high framerate, features various bosses, special weapons, hazards, and of course you can still collect Princess Sakura's petals, though they are actually required in this game in order to advance (or you'll repeat the stage(s)) This is a video of the first world.
