Starting the day with a cup of coffee has been a cherished part of our routine for years. So much so that we created a dedicated home café station right next to our kitchen! This year, a lucky find at a local garage sale—a used Eames Storage Unit—sparked a full-blown mid-century modern home café makeover. Designing a stylish and functional coffee station wasn’t too hard on its own, but doing it with a curious 2-year-old in mind added a unique challenge! In this video, we’ll take you through the journey: the design process, the obstacles we faced, and the final results.
