This Myst- inspired language learning game from 1995 puts players in the shoes of an international jewel thief. Although the graphics are primitive by today's standards, at the time making graphics in 3d seemed like a form of magic. I created all the 3d art in Autodesk 3D studio, the precursor to 3DMax. It was such a cool experience being in a professional video studio, building the virtual green screen sets, and working with multiple actors playing the same role in different languages. Unfortunately sales didn’t justify making sequels to the game and I let my 3d skills atrophy. By that time the internet was something shiny and new.
