The Florida Gators captured their second straight national championship by beating Ohio State 84-75. This was the first time a program had gone back-to-back since 1992. Despite a great performance from Ohio State's Greg Oden, who had 25 points and 12 rebounds, Florida took control early in the first half and never looked back.
