Petz Sports - from starting new game to getting all platinum trophies

This was meant to be a speedrun but... that didn't work out. Getting platinum trophies in 3 races at first try turned out impossible due to lack of max speed and boosts (which you can only use after completing final street and city races respectively) so I went on and finished all the other races, then replayed the races with gold rank to surely get platinum.
