Star Merchant - It Was Going So Well - Let's Play Entry 1/5

Welcome to Star Merchant my friends! This game feels like a mix of Space Bucks and Star Trader (the old Palm Pilot game that's still around) and, according to the developer, Gazillionaire, which I've not played. In this first entry, I take a basic ship and begin to eventually make money hand over fist, investing in companies, building toll booths, buying low and selling high and so on. My awesome career, however, is cut short by a pirate attack.
