The insane Dr. Mario is just Mario's hallucination, its supposed to be other doctors trying to help him. While Luigi is at Mario's side waiting for him to recover. Mario thinks everyone has betrayed him thus going insane. Also poison refers to insanity. Those who don't understand why it says poison. I like the idea of the evil Mario as Insane Mario. The name Dark Mario is just too overused laughs Song is "Doktorspiele"(Doctor's Game) nightcored I only used Alex C's verse. Yass's verses are too.... yeah... you don't want to know.
