DOS Game: Super Munchers (1991 MECC)

An Edutainment trivia action game similar word munchers but with different word categories The player moves the muncher around the grid to eat words that fits the given clue or category. But troggles and wrong answers get in the way. Unlike the previous muncher games, if muncher can eat 20 correct words in a row without eating the wrong ones, he now can turn into a super muncher which and destroy troggles just like superman. It now has the power to use vision to see the correct answers and erases all wrong answers temporarily (they come back after you stop using the answer vision). There are a cut scenes where you have to guess correctly and avoid obstacles or missing items to progress within the scenes otherwise you have to start all over again. Played and recorded via Dosbox 0.74. Note: After beating the game, the game keeps going endlessly until you lose all lives. I played until I reached about 100 levels. No way I'd play to 1000 levels or more. Took the beginners level since genius level is too hard unless you are smart like a contestant on Jeopardy game show.
