Lethal Enforcers (SNES) Playthrough - NintendoComplete

A playthrough of Konami's 1993 Super NES port of the classic light-gun shooter arcade game, Lethal Enforcers. Played through on the normal difficulty level. This is a great port. It's a bit less fluid than the Sega Genesis and CD versions, but all three are great renditions of a fantastic genre pillar. If I had to choose between the three, I'd have to give the SNES version the nod because of the graphic and sound quality. This soundtack makes the SNES chip sing in a way that modern-day synth has long forgotten - but it sounds fantastic. It's very similar in sound quality and in the samples used to Konami's other SNES greats like Sunset Rider's and Turtles in Time: is there really higher praise than that? Of course it doesn't compare to the PS1 port, but that would hardly be a fair comparison. This is also the version I played the most as a kid, so be warned that my opinion is very liked biased by nostalgia! Just a note if you've seen my previous video of this version of the game: this is a new playthrough to recorded using a Wii-mote to mimic the Justifier. Doing this not only removes the distracting targeting crosshair from the screen, but it also makes the game much easier to play and as a result, my playing is much better (and hopefully more entertaining since I die way less and can time my shots far better!). ____________ No cheats were used during the recording of this video.
