This video shows how to easily jump the ledge in the mission Syria-Raise Water. How To Jump Up From The Ledge (With The White Stripes) - As soon as you jump on the ledge with the white stripes (From The Raft) press the Jump Button (X For PS4) more than once until you jump up the rock (as shown in the video). Why you can’t still Jump on The Ledge - As seen at the start of the video make sure you first break open the wall with the axe so that water gushes out so that the water level rises...then you should be able to jump the white striped ledge.
