This is the longplay of the game Contra III: The Alien Wars, an action and platform game released for Super Nintendo in 1992. This game was released in Japan under the name Contra Spirits and in Europe as Probotector (where the human protagonists were replaced by robots). ). The game takes place in the year 2636, two years after the events of Super Contra. The protagonists Bill Rizer and Lance Bean are called once again, against an alien invasion. Contra has an 80s action movie feel, with a lot of explosions and gunfire. The characters use machine guns with different types of fire to destroy alien threats, as well as smartboms (which destroy all enemies on the screen). Shots have different formats, with different levels of power and range and each player can carry two types at a time. Taking advantage of Super NES technology, in this game the graphics are improved compared to previous games, in addition to having an evolution in sound and gameplay. It is considered by many to be the best game in the Contra series. It can be played in single-player or a two-player cooperative mode.
