Ostensibly, we're just the "annual review" team from the NEO Inspector General's office; however, as we start finding more & more oddities, it becomes apparent that someone has indeed been spying for RAM. Zachary Cebert may or may not be a formidable opponent himself - but the RAM troops his actions allow onto the asteroid base are a real pain in the posterior! :(
