Pole Position II - Arcade Version Gameplay

Racing footage of two tracks from the 1983 Namco arcade game Pole Position II, time to put that pedal to the floor and go, go, go. Hasn't aged at all well when compared to modern racing games and the most interesting part about the game is the advertising billboards which have been heavily changed in any of the reissued versions over the years. It does feature a number of design elements that would feature in the later Ridge Racer series. For this recording we used the Namco 1983 Japanese arcade release.
