Developed by ミナプラス a Japanese indie developer and published by SakuraGame, Tales of Winds: Tomb of the Sol Empire claims to be a Chinese-Chivalry RPG with a luxury Voice Actor cast. While certainly one of the more beautiful RPG Maker games I've played its bare mechanics and dubious translation quality (something that SakuraGame were becoming rather famous for before their rebrand to Paradise Project) make this less than ideal but certainly worth a look.
