The narrative is so stereotypical and so poorly written with every trope under the sun that it cant help but make fun of itself through the eyes of the fish out of water protagonist, which all in itself, too, is a cliche. The RPG elements are a mute point as the game is nothing more than a side-scroller with terrible random active time battles.
