Found something that's really useful for the level! The slot machine mini-boss has a slot machine that goes on for quite a bit. It's mainly luck dependent, but it takes five hits to kill the door. Sometimes you don't even get the chance to hit the door with the wrong slots. From what I found though, was that you can pause on certain slots to get the Double Seven's.
