Detritus - The Demons Quest. Part 2 : Beyond the river.

After you've completed all the tasks and crossed the river it's time to look for Arrut Loopaz who kidnapped your beloved Toni. The priest in the temple will have to contact Loopaz once you have fond all the necessary items. The end of your search is near. There are good things in this game: The look into the grim past and future, and what led to the world as it is now. The bad things: Even less story telling than before. Sometimes you just wonder around and try to give your stuff to somebody just for the hope to get the right item in return. There are also many bugs, some characters dialogues don't keep up with the storyline and tell you to bring an object you already brought (priest says all the time: "bring me the sign nikki" his text: "good luck") In the end it is proabbaly not a really good adventure,.. but still, the idea of a future where old and long forgotten demons expend and replace the once-existing 20th century governments while mankind resists on the brink of extinction is a pretty interesting setting for any kind of game. I would say if you like obscure and short adventures with early full-time sppeech dialogues you can give this game a try but the chances to find it are zero. It's really rare. I still have the original. If someone absolutely wants to have it then write me a message and we work something out. ------ There are PROBABLY still dialogues I've missed, also I missed some screens (yet not absolutely necessary to finish the game). Nobody knows if one CAN get the colorful ribbon from the Pixie etc. .. ------
