3rd July 1863, 10:00am - Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Lee, sensing the danger, is attempting to withdraw his army from the field to avoid encirclement. The ground being favourable, General Sedgwick's Sixth Corps responds with a massed attack against rebel positions at the Hagerstown Road, the only safe avenue of retreat left for the Army of Northern Virginia.
