SNES Longplay [261] International Super Star Soccer

Played by: xRavenXP International Superstar Soccer (in Japan is called Jikkyou World Soccer) Is a soccer video game series produced by Konami. Due to its graphics and gameplay quality, this franchise has been quite popular in Europe and Latin America during the 90s. One the best soccer games of all times. Due to the impossibility of getting the license for official player names, Konami replaced them with fictional names. The most famous of the International Superstar Soccer were: Germany: Kolle (Lothar Matthäus) & Sieke (Jürgen Klinsmann). Argentina: Fuerte (Claudio Caniggia), Capitale (Batistuta) & Redonda (Maradona). Brazil: Allejo (Bebeto) & Gomez (Romario). Belgium: Van Riet (Michel Preud'Homme). Bulgaria: Kostov (Yordan Lechkov) & Milakov (Hristo Stoichkov). Colombia: Murillo (Carlos Valderrama). Netherlands: Koppers (Marco van Basten) & Van Wijk (Ruud Gullit). Italy: Carboni (Fabrizio Ravanelli) & Galfano (Roberto Baggio). Mexico: Leone (Jorge Campos). Romania: Costan (Gheorghe Hagi). Japan: Tabei (Ruy Ramos) and many more. In this game the faces of the players is very faithful and very well made. It was also the first soccer game to include audio commentaries that were beyond the shout of goal. For me is one the best soccer game of all times. Goal! Played in international mode! For me Allejo plays more than Pelé! - Disclaimer: Most videos by World of Longplays use SaveStates!
