A European PlayStation game form 1999. Perhaps the controls in the PC version are better, because moving the pointer with the stick really sucks. I have no idea why there is a weird echo during the dialogue in the middle of the video. Suffer through it like I did, or not. Doubt I'll play this one again. Is New Vegas out yet?
