[Longplay, No Commentary] MechCommander (PC, 1998) Full Play-through

MechCommander is a real-time tactics game based on the BattleTech franchise, which means lots of big mech carnage (:D)! It was released in 1998 for Windows. In this game, you assume the role of the commander of Zulu Company from the Federated Commonwealth's First Davion Guards, tasked to chase opposing Clan forces out of Port Arthur. The game-play and tactic is quite simple (as in many BattleTech games, but way much simpler here) -- destroy enemies in the legs to salvage OP Clan mechs, salvage a bunch of Clan pulse lasers and slap a bunch of them in your mechs for more salvage potential, repeat for profit. I'm doing a no-Clan tech challenge (unless forced) for this run for increased difficulty but as a side effect, less focused on salvage. I am replaying it for the nostalgia factor and hopefully share the same feeling to viewers. Not sure why but the BGM and FMV just don't get old, at least for me.
