[NAMCO System 12] Paca Paca Passion Special - Arcade Title and Attract screen

If I had a dollar for every strange NAMCO rhythm game in 1999, I’d have about three dollars. It’s not a lot, but it makes me wonder what it would have been like if they were allowed to cook more against KONAMI. This game is weird. It’s not often I don’t know what to make of early rhythm games but this one is definitely just, something. New Astro City w/ Real Hardware. Shoutouts Game Saru for letting me record a bunch of very neat things among much else. 💙
