- This event happens randomly (for me it happened on the 13th of Spring in Year 1). When Bill comes to your house, agree to help him. After the scene, run through the mountain area once and then return to the tool shop. Talk to Bill and after 3 days, talk to him at the tool shop again and he'll give you the super sickle. - You can also get the super sickle as a birthday present. Bill will come to your house on your birthday and ask you if you'd like the hoe or the sickle upgraded. Then after 3 days, go to his tool shop and talk to him. Harvest Moon 2 GBC playlist -
