The BB (Boiler in a Box) Series was developed by Powerhouse to give customers an option that only need a boiler and nothing more. Utilizing the same design standards as our flagship portable boiler rooms, Powerhouse Boiler in a Box rental boilers are perfect solution if you have feedwater treatment and fuel delivery capabilities on site. Features of the BB-500 include: 500 HP boiler, 17,250 PPH steam output, tri-fuel capable (natural gas, #2 oil, and propane), and single point positioning control. This BB-500 includes: boiler & burner package, control systems and panel, fuel handling equipment, modulating feedwater control valve, chemical tanks and pumps, blowdown separator, and maintenance accessibility all inside a 40' container. All connections are made on the outside of the container for quick delievery and connection at the jobsite. With 30 ppm NOx and a fully modulating, high turndown burner, the BB-500 will deliver high quality steam effficiently and reliably.
