Exclusive to the land of the rising sun, The original title that started it all received a remake on the PlayStation 2 and Gamecube, and boy did Hudson take a lot of weird liberties with the visual style—which is kind of cool, but mostly disturbing. Eh, it’s still pretty cool, but whether or not that it’s worthy enough to faithfully substitute the charm of the original is up for debate, and dammit, do we do just that!
