Golf Resort Tycoon | Turing Time Warp

Golf Resort Tycoon is a "Tycoon" simulation game made by Top Filte and produced by Activision that was released in 2001 for the PC. This game was billed to be exciting to play and difficult to master but the game itself is fairly simplistic and resembles the modern Freemium game model. Most of the enjoyment in modern day comes from the wacky imcompatibilities and dated visuals.
